This poster comes out of an intensive workshop devoted to typographic experimentation. Starting from a set corpus of texts, the exercise revolved around a twofold creative requirement.
First, I designed an original display typeface, laid out rigorously on a composition grid we had to build ourselves. That type-design work then became the foundation of the poster. The main challenge was to build a strong visual identity, consistent between the drawing of the letter and the spatial organisation of the information.
